क्या आप भारत वापस आ रहे है? क्या आप अपनी नौकरी बदल रहे है? क्या आपको किसी दूसरी कम्पनी से ऑफर मिला है। यदि हाँ तो यह लेख/जुगाड़ आपके लिए है। अक्सर हम इन्टरव्यू के वक्त HR वालों की मीठी मीठी बातों और लुभावने ऑफर मे फ़ंस जाते है और कम्पनी के बारे मे कई चीजे नजर अंदाज कर देते है। जब हम कम्पनी मे काम करना शुरु करते है तो कई चीजे धीरे धीरे सामने आती है, लेकिन तब तक काफी देर हो चुकी होती है। भारत मे नियोक्ताओं के रिव्यू के लिए कोई साइट/स्थान नही था, लेकिन जनाब अब है। पेश है क्रिटीकैट, इस साइट पर आप किसी भी कम्पनी (जिसमे आपको ऑफर मिला हो) के बारे मे जान सकते है, वो भी उनके अपने कर्मचारियों द्वारा। इस साइट पर कोई भी कर्मचारी (बेनामी रहते हुए) कम्पनी के बारे मे अपना बेबाकी से रिव्यू लिख सकता है। भावी कर्मचारी भी उस कर्मचारी से कम्पनी सम्बंधित सवाल जवाब कर सकते है। इस तरह से भावी कर्मचारी और वर्तमान कर्मचारी के बीच मे अदृश्य संवाद स्थापित हो जाता है। इस संवाद से कम्पनियों को भी काफी फायदा होगा, क्योंकि तकनीकी कर्मचारी ही कम्पनी की निधि होते है और उन्हे खोने का जोखिम कोई भी कम्पनी नही उठा सकती। इससे कम्पनियों के  वर्क कल्चर मे भी पारदर्शिता आएगी।
